Role Summary

Design, develop, and implement Ignition platform applications and dashboards for manufacturing, quality, and operations use cases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable Smart Factory solutions across aerospace, industrial products, and automotive domains.

What Youll Do

- Design and develop Ignition Perspective applications for Smart Factory, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations.
- Build interactive dashboards and analytics for OEE, Productivity, WIP, Quality, Downtime, Machine Performance, and Production KPIs.
- Develop SCADA/HMI screens with real-time machine connectivity using PLCs, Kepware, Tags, Alarms, and Historian.
- Create quality dashboards covering SPC, Defects, FPY, Rework, Process Parameters, Traceability, and Quality Alerts.
- Build MES and shop-floor applications for Order Tracking, Operation Status, Digital Work Instructions, and Production Confirmation.




- Integrate Ignition with SQL Server, MES, Kepware, APIs, and enterprise systems for real-time data collection and visualization.
- Implement advanced analytics, KPI monitoring, trends, drill-downs, alarms, and reports.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, IT, and Automation teams to deliver Industry 4.0 solutions.

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- 5 years relevant experience with Ignition platform
- Experience with SCADA, KPI Dashboards, OEE, and SPC
- Domain experience in Aerospace, Industrial Products, or Automotive

Positive to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Experience with SQL Server, Python/Jython, SQL, Kepware, OPC-UA, PLC Integration, Tag Management, Alarm Management, Historian, MES Integration, REST APIs, Dashboard & Data Visualization, SPC/Quality Analytics, Manufacturing Analytics, MQTT/IIoT, and Industry 4.0
