Job Responsibilities

- Manage overall operations of the slimming department.

- Handle client consultations and recommend suitable slimming programs.

- Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets.

- Monitor client progress and treatment effectiveness.

- Supervise and train slimming therapists and staff.

- Maintain hygiene and service-quality standards.

- Handle client queries, concerns and escalations.

- Coordinate with dieticians and physiotherapists for holistic treatment plans.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree; nutrition/fitness certification is an advantage.

- 3–6 years' experience in slimming, wellness or clinic management.

- Strong leadership and team-management skills.

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

- Sales/target-achievement experience.

- Knowledge of slimming treatments, machines and wellness programs.

- Experience in wellness, slimming, beauty/aesthetic or healthcare clinics is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
