About the Role

Marcon Signage is looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor & Installation Coordinator to manage and coordinate our signage installation activities across multiple project sites.

The candidate will act as the link between Marcon management, installation teams, contractors, site teams and clients, ensuring smooth, safe and timely execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise signage installation at multiple sites across Mumbai & MMR.
- Coordinate and manage installation teams, technicians and subcontractors.
- Ensure all instructions, drawings and installation methodologies are properly followed.
- Coordinate with client representatives, contractors, engineers and site management.
- Plan manpower, materials, tools, access, scaffolding, cranes/MEWPs and other site requirements.
- Monitor installation quality, alignment, finishing and workmanship.
- Ensure strict compliance with site safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Do not permit unsafe work or unsafe working conditions.




- Identify and resolve site issues and escalate technical or commercial matters to management.
- Maintain daily progress updates, photographs and site reports.
- Ensure timely completion, snag rectification and proper handover of installations.

Requirements
- Any experience in related site execution.
- Good understanding of installation, fabrication, basic structural fixing and electrical work.
- Ability to read basic drawings and understand dimensions/specifications.
- Strong manpower and site coordination skills.
- Good communication
- Strong sense of responsibility, discipline and attention to detail.
- Must be willing to travel extensively across project sites.

Ideal Candidate Someone who can take ownership of a site, manage the installation team, coordinate professionally with clients/site teams, enforce safety and ensure that Marcon's work is completed correctly and on time.

Reporting To: Director / Management – Marcon Signage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
