Responsibilities

- Supervise manufacturing site to ensure work is completed on time.

- Manage engineering projects and deliver them within set timelines.

- Communicate progress reports to the construction project manager.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, vendors, and contractors.

- Travel to supervise multiple sites throughout the day.

- Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate safety hazards.

- Oversee and ensure progress of construction activities.

- Review daily construction work and suggest improvement measures.

- Enforce site safety rules to minimize accidents and injuries.

- Provide engineering information and answer queries from stakeholders.

- Approve construction projects and conduct inspections during critical phases.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering or construction industry.

- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-assisted engineering (CAE) software.

- Strong knowledge of engineering principles and safety standards.

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

- Excellent organization and planning skills.





- Experience in managing sub-contractors and engineering teams.

- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and codes.

- Robust leadership and decision-making skills.

- Understanding of construction operations and procedures.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree preferred in business, construction management, or engineering.

- Master's degree in engineering, aerospace, mechanical, or related field is advantageous.

- Knowledge of languages like English and Hindi may be required.

- Experience in handling construction projects and supervising manufacturing processes.

- Ability to analyze blueprints and ensure projects meet design and safety specifications.

- Proficient in evaluating performance and implementing disciplinary measures.

- Understanding of electrical engineering codes and safety standards.

- Master's degree in petroleum engineering or relevant coursework is a plus.

- Familiarity with carpentry, joinery works, storage cabinets, and other related tasks.
