Site Supervisor – Real Estate & Construction

Job Summary

Meghna Realty is looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for supervising labour and contractors, monitoring work progress, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with the Site Engineer and Project Team for smooth execution of works.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction and site activities as per approved drawings and instructions.
- Monitor labour, contractors, and subcontractors at the site.
- Ensure proper execution of civil, finishing, and other construction activities.
- Monitor workmanship, materials, and quality of work.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, contractors, vendors, and other site personnel.
- Ensure materials are available at site as per project requirements.
- Maintain daily work and labour reports and provide progress updates.
- Ensure adherence to site safety rules and company procedures.
- Identify and report site issues, delays, or quality concerns to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.




- Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at the project site.
- Assist in maintaining site records, measurements, and work-related documentation.

Candidate Profile

- ITI / Diploma / relevant technical qualification preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in construction or real estate projects.
- Practical knowledge of civil construction and finishing works.
- Ability to supervise labour and contractors effectively.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and site instructions.
- Robust coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work at project sites and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Mumbai-based candidates preferred.
