JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction and site activities. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, labourers, vendors, and engineers while ensuring that work is completed as per quality standards, timelines, and safety requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Supervise daily construction and site activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, labourers, vendors, and engineers.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and work progress.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines.
- Maintain daily site reports and records.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices at the site.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager / Site Engineer for smooth project execution.
- Monitor contractor and labour performance.




- Ensure timely completion of assigned site activities.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in construction or real estate.
- Basic knowledge of construction site supervision.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage labourers and contractors effectively.
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site and manage day-to-day activities independently.
