Job Title: Site Supervisor – Commercial Interior Execution

Location: Madhya Pradesh (Initial 3–4 months site deputation) Mumbai (Post-deputation base)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Interior Site Supervisor to oversee the end-to-end execution of a high-end commercial jewelry showroom project in Madhya Pradesh.

The ideal candidate must be willing to relocate to the MP project site for the full duration of execution (approximately 3–4 months). Upon successful completion and handover of the showroom, the candidate will transition back to Mumbai to supervise ongoing and upcoming interior projects across the city.

Key Responsibilities

Phase 1: Project Execution (Madhya Pradesh Site – Initial 3–4 Months)

On-Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day site execution, ensuring civil, carpentry, POP, painting, electrical, tile/marble laying, glass, and titanium profile fitting work align strictly with approved 2D drawings and material specifications.

Vendor &

- Labor Management: Direct and manage site contractors, sub-contractors, and specialized skilled labor to maintain work quality and daily output.

Quality &
- Finish Control: Ensure high-standard finishing, especially for delicate jewelry displays, counter joinery, wall paneling, tile/marble alignments, and architectural lighting fixtures.

Progress Reporting: Send daily progress reports (DPR), site photo/video updates, and measurement logs to the project head/contractor via WhatsApp/email.

Material &

- Inventory Tracking: Coordinate material deliveries, inspect incoming material quality/quantities against delivery challans, and maintain safe storage on site.





Client &
- Local Coordination: Assist in coordinating site access, working hours, and scaffolding requirements with local vendors or store authorities.

Phase 2: Project Supervision (Mumbai Base – Post MP Project)

Multi-Site Management: Transition to managing local commercial and residential interior sites across Mumbai.

Site Visits &

- Inspections: Conduct regular site visits, verify measurements against Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and track project timelines.

Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between Mumbai office design team/contractors, vendors, and in office labor.

Required Qualifications &

- Experience

Experience: Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in interior site supervision (prior experience in retail, commercial showrooms, or jewelry stores is preferred).

Technical Skills

Strong ability to read and interpret 2D AutoCAD drawings, elevation plans, ceiling shop drawings, and electrical layouts.

Practical knowledge of material specs (marbles, tiles, veneers, laminates, titanium profiles, paint finishes, and lighting layouts).

Communication: Conversant in Hindi (for MP site coordination) and basic English or regional languages.

Availability: Willingness to stay continuously at the Madhya Pradesh project site for 3–4 months with company-provided accommodation.
