Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to manage and supervise modular wardrobe, modular kitchen, furniture, and interior installation projects at customer sites.

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for site supervision, manpower management, client coordination, project execution, quality control, material coordination, quantity calculation, estimation, costing, and timely completion of assigned projects.

The candidate should be comfortable travelling across Maharashtra and may be deputed to other locations in India based on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities Site Supervision

- Supervise modular wardrobe, modular kitchen, furniture, and interior installation work at customer sites.
- Ensure site work is executed according to approved designs, drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure proper execution of assigned work.
- Coordinate with project, design, production, and installation teams.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify issues affecting project execution.
- Ensure proper finishing, workmanship, and installation quality.

Manpower Management
- Manage and coordinate carpenters, installers, helpers, contractors, and other site manpower.
- Allocate daily work responsibilities to the site team.
- Monitor manpower productivity and work progress.
- Ensure sufficient manpower is available to meet project schedules.




- Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with site safety requirements.

Client Coordination
- Coordinate directly with clients regarding site activities, project progress, and installation requirements.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them to the concerned internal teams.
- Handle site-related queries and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and other project stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates regarding project progress and completion schedules.

Project Execution
- Independently supervise projects from site preparation through installation and completion.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding material availability, drawings, measurements, and installation requirements.
- Identify site-level challenges and coordinate with the appropriate team for resolution.
- Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and quality standards.

Quality and Safety
- Ensure installation work meets company quality standards.
- Inspect workmanship and identify defects or installation issues.
- Ensure proper handling and installation of furniture, wardrobes, kitchens, hardware, and related materials.
- Follow site safety procedures and ensure workers follow required safety practices.
- Report quality, safety, or project execution issues to management.

Requirements




- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar site/project execution role.
- Experience in modular kitchens, modular wardrobes, furniture, interior fit-out, or related industries preferred.
- Experience in site supervision and manpower management.
- Good knowledge of project execution and installation activities.
- Experience in client coordination and site management.
- Knowledge of measurements, quantity calculation, estimation, and costing.
- Ability to independently supervise and manage project sites.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to travel across Maharashtra and other parts of India when required.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline, or
- ITI, or
- Diploma in a relevant technical field.
