Site Supervisor / Site In-Charge – Construction

Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Experience: Freshers / 0–2 years of experience can apply

We are looking for a responsible and sincere Site Supervisor / Site In-Charge to oversee day-to-day construction site activities and coordinate with workers.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities at the site.
- Monitor and coordinate labourers and ensure assigned work is completed properly.
- Follow up with workers and get the required work completed as instructed by management.
- Monitor daily site progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Maintain proper records of site expenses and submit expense details.
- Maintain and submit purchase/material bills properly.
- Monitor materials used at the site and report material requirements.
- Coordinate material purchases as instructed by management.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and basic safety at the site.




- Report any site-related issues or requirements to management promptly.

Qualification

- Any Degree / Diploma / ITI / B.E. – Civil or equivalent
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in construction/site supervision can apply.
- Must be responsible, punctual and willing to work at construction sites.
