Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Manager who is competent in executing and managing external development and civil infrastructure works. The candidate will initially be deployed at our Mangalore project for a short-duration project and, upon successful completion, will be transferred to Bangalore projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise external development and civil works at the project site.
- Plan, execute, and monitor paver block works, kerb stone works, and concrete road works.
- Coordinate daily activities of contractors, subcontractors, labourers, and site teams.
- Mobilization of Manpower for required work.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, levels, line, and quality standards.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure timely completion within project schedules.
- Check site measurements, material requirements,



quantities, and workmanship.
- Coordinate with Project Manager, engineers, consultants, vendors, and contractors.
- Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Prepare daily progress updates, work reports, measurements, and material requirements.

Required Technical Competency: The candidate should have solid hands-on experience in:

- Paver Block / Interlocking Paver Works
- Kerb Stone Installation
- Concrete Road Construction
- Must Require knowledge of contractor billing.
- External development and landscaping-related civil works
- Site measurements and quantity estimation
- Contractor and labour management
- Reading civil drawings and understanding site levels
