About the Role

We are looking for a Site Leader HR to lead the complete people function for our flagship fulfillment facility at Farrukh Nagar. The facility spans 3.5 lakh+ sq. ft., supports a leading D2C apparel brand, operates across 3 shifts and will have a workforce of 1,200+ employees, including on-roll and contract manpower. This is a greenfield HR leadership role where you will build and own the people ecosystem from the ground up, covering the complete employee lifecycle from Hire to Retire.

You will partner closely with Operations and business leadership to build a high-performance, engaged, productive and compliant workforce at scale.

What You Will Own

Workforce Planning & Hiring: Own end-to-end workforce planning and hiring for on-roll and contractual employees, including regular manpower requirements, bulk hiring and peak-season ramp-ups in line with business volumes.

Onboarding, Training & Capability:



Build and drive structured onboarding, induction and training programs in partnership with Operations and L&D; to ensure employees are deployment- ready and equipped to perform effectively.

Employee Engagement & Retention: Own employee engagement, floor connect, grievance management and retention initiatives, with a strong focus on improving attrition, absenteeism and overall workforce stability.

HR Operations & Payroll: Own attendance, shift/roster management, leave, overtime and payroll processes, ensuring accurate payroll inputs, manpower billing reconciliation and effective HRMS usage.

Statutory Compliance: Own all site-level statutory and labour compliance including PF, ESIC, CLRA, PT, LWF and other applicable requirements, along with audits, inspections, documentation and principal-employer obligations.

Contract Labour & Vendor Management: Manage the complete lifecycle of contract labour and manpower vendors, including workforce deployment, compliance, attendance, billing, performance and vendor governance.

Employee Relations & POSH: Drive employee relations, disciplinary processes, grievance resolution and POSH implementation while maintaining a fair,



compliant and positive workplace environment.

Separation & Exit Management: Own the complete employee separation lifecycle including resignation, termination, clearance, full & final settlement and exit documentation, while using exit insights to strengthen retention.

HR Analytics & Business MIS: Own site HR analytics and reporting across headcount, hiring, attrition, absenteeism, overtime, productivity, payroll and compliance, providing actionable insights to site and business leadership.

What Were Looking For

6-10 years of experience in Site HR / HR Operations / IR, preferably across warehousing, fulfillment, e-commerce, retail or logistics. Strong experience managing large blue-collar and contractual workforces.

Proven experience in bulk hiring, manpower planning and vendor management. Hands-on knowledge of PF, ESIC, CLRA and labour-law compliance.

Solid understanding of attendance, payroll, HRMS and employee relations.

Data-driven, hands-on and highly execution-oriented.

Ability to build HR processes from scratch and operate effectively at scale.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner closely with Operations.
