Key Responsibilities1. Site Execution &

- Coordination

- Supervise day-to-day architectural finishing works, including masonry, internal/external plastering, waterproofing, floor and wall tiling, stone/granite cladding, false ceiling, painting, joinery, and glazing.

- Review architectural, structural, and interior working drawings to identify clashes or discrepancies before execution.

- Coordinate closely to ensure clearances, piping embedment, electrical conduit chasing, and core cuts are complete prior to starting plastering, false ceiling, or tiling.

- Supervise specialist subcontractors, vendors, and labor teams to maintain planned daily output rates.

1. Quality Assurance &
- Snagging (QA/QC)

- Check levels, lines, plumbness, squareness (right angles), joints, surface alignment, and gradients (especially for wet areas, balconies, and terraces).

- Enforce strict quality control on incoming finishing materials (tiles, adhesives, paints, sanitary fixtures, hardware) against approved data sheets and samples.

- Conduct progressive inspections, generate room-by-room snag lists, supervise de-snagging, and oversee final cleaning for handover.

1. Planning, Material Management &
- Billing

- Prepare look-ahead schedules (daily, weekly, monthly)



for finishing packages in alignment with the master project schedule.

- Estimate material quantities, prepare indent sheets (Requisitions), and track consumption to keep wastage within allowable limits.

- Verify joint site measurements with contractors, cross-check against the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and certify contractor/subcontractor running bills.

- Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), site incident logs, and labor muster rolls.

1. Safety &
- Housekeeping

- Enforce site-wide health and safety standards during high-risk finishing operations (e.g., external facade scaffolding, suspended cradles, chemical handling for waterproofing).

- Ensure systematic material stacking and continuous housekeeping to prevent damage to completed floorings and wall finishes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
