M/S Nirman Buildcon is looking for a Junior Site Execution Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in civil construction to join our project execution team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities, coordinating with contractors and site teams, monitoring work quality and progress, and ensuring that construction activities are carried out safely and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.

This role provides an excellent opportunity for a civil engineer to gain hands-on experience in residential and high-rise construction projects and develop strong expertise in site execution and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure construction work is executed as per approved architectural and structural drawings.
- Monitor RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering and finishing activities.
- Check line, level, alignment, dimensions and workmanship at various stages of construction.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, workers and other site personnel.
- Monitor daily manpower deployment and ensure optimum utilisation of resources.
- Track daily work progress against project schedules and report delays or site issues to senior engineers.
- Coordinate with the engineering and project management team for resolving technical and execution-related issues.
- Read and interpret structural, architectural and other construction drawings.
- Assist in quantity measurements and verification of executed works.




- Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the site/store team to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, measurements and other project documentation.
- Ensure construction activities comply with required quality standards and project specifications.
- Coordinate with the Quality and Safety teams to maintain required standards at the site.
- Identify potential execution issues and communicate them promptly to the senior project team.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, discipline and safe working practices at the site.
- Assist senior engineers in planning and executing activities according to project requirements.
- Support timely completion of assigned construction activities and project milestones.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in civil construction/site execution.
- Practical knowledge of construction site activities.
- Experience in residential or high-rise construction will be preferred.
- Good understanding of RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry and finishing works.
- Ability to read and understand structural and architectural drawings.
- Basic knowledge of quantity measurement and construction documentation.
- Positive communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Willingness to work at project sites as required.
