Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Site Engineer to supervise construction activities and ensure smooth project execution. The candidate will be responsible for site coordination, quality control, measurements, contractor management, and timely completion of assigned work.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Read and interpret architectural, structural, and civil drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and workers.
- Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Conduct site measurements and maintain proper records.
- Check quality of materials and workmanship.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and safety standards.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Good understanding of AutoCAD and construction drawings.
- Knowledge of site measurements and quantity estimation.
- Contractor and labour coordination skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of MS Excel / MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities efficiently.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
