- Supervise day-to-day construction and interior works at project sites.

- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, designs, BOQ, and specifications.

- Coordinate and monitor civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, false ceiling, flooring, and other site activities.

- Ensure proper sequence of work to avoid delays and rework.

- Manage workers, subcontractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other trades.

- Allocate daily work and monitor labour productivity.

- Maintain daily labour attendance and work records.

- Coordinate with subcontractors and resolve routine site issues.

- Check workmanship and material quality at every stage.

- Ensure dimensions, levels, alignments, finishes, and installations match approved drawings.

- Identify defects and ensure corrections are completed.

- Prevent material wastage and unnecessary rework.

- Follow the approved project schedule and daily work targets.
