- Supervise daily construction and site activities.

- Execute work according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and project teams.

- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to the project schedule.

- Check drawings, dimensions, levels, and site measurements before execution.

- Ensure materials and workmanship comply with required quality standards.

- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain site records.

- Monitor material requirements and coordinate timely delivery to the site.

- Conduct inspections and coordinate approvals with consultants/client representatives.

- Identify technical or site-related issues and coordinate their resolution.

- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and promote safe working practices.

- Verify subcontractor work quantities and assist with measurements and billing.

- Maintain records of inspections, approvals, drawings, RFIs, and site instructions.





- Coordinate testing and commissioning activities where applicable.

- Assist with snagging, rectification, and project handover.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

- Relevant construction/site engineering experience preferred.

- Positive knowledge of construction methods, drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools is an advantage.

- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary site teams.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
