Key Responsibilities

- Conduct site surveys and technical assessments of HVAC equipment and systems, including chillers, AHUs/FCUs, pumps, cooling towers, motors, fans, VFDs and controls.

- Identify equipment defects and requirements for repair, replacement, retrofit, upgrade and energy improvement.

- Prepare BOQ/BOM, cost estimates and technical/commercial quotations, including scope, exclusions and assumptions.

- Develop practical HVAC repair, overhaul and retrofit solutions and coordinate with OEMs and specialist vendors.

- Attend customer meetings and site discussions; provide technical support to sales/business development and identify additional opportunities.

- Plan and supervise field execution, coordinating manpower, materials, tools, technicians, vendors and subcontractors.

- Ensure proper installation,



dismantling, fabrication, alignment, testing and commissioning as per approved specifications.

- Monitor quality, performance and project timelines, troubleshoot site issues and ensure timely completion.

- Ensure compliance with HPS/customer EHS requirements, including PPE, LOTO, hot work and work-at-height safety.

- Prepare survey, service, progress, testing/commissioning and completion reports and maintain documentation for customer approval and billing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
