We’re Hiring: Site Engineer | House Construct

House Construct is looking for a responsible and hands-on Site Engineer to join our team and manage day-to-day construction activities across our residential and commercial projects in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, and other site teams.
- Monitor RCC, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Check measurements, levels, alignment, and dimensions during execution.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and resources.




- Identify site issues and coordinate for timely corrective action.
- Maintain daily site reports and work progress updates.
- Ensure safety practices and proper housekeeping at the site.
- Coordinate with the project team to complete work within the planned schedule.

Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 1–4 years of experience in construction site supervision.
- Good knowledge of civil and residential construction works.
- Practical knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage site activities and workers effectively.
- Willingness to work in office and take responsibility for assigned work.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bengaluru, Karnataka 560091
