Job Summary:

Responsible for supervising and coordinating construction activities at the project site, ensuring that all work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site.

- Study and implement architectural, structural, MEP, and other approved drawings.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and site workers.

- Check the quality and workmanship of construction materials and completed works.

- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Monitor project progress and maintain daily site reports.

- Measure completed works and assist with quantity verification and billing.

- Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at site.

- Identify site issues and coordinate with the project team for suitable solutions.





- Ensure proper site safety practices and compliance with safety procedures.

- Maintain records of drawings, measurements, inspections, materials, and site instructions.

- Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates to the Project Manager.

- Ensure work is completed within the planned schedule and budget.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- ITI/Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or related field.

- Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, measurements, and specifications.

- Ability to manage site workers and coordinate with contractors.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Sketchup

- Previous site experience in residential or commercial projects is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,965.82 - ₹25,000.00 per month
