Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Manage equipment foundations, control room buildings, cable trenches, roads, drainage and other substation civil works.

- Monitor quality, including concrete, slump, cube and soil compaction tests.

- Ensure safety practices, PPE compliance and proper barricading at site.

- Coordinate with manpower, subcontractors, contractors and clients.

- Prepare work schedules, PERT/CPM charts and monitor project progress.

- Manage material consumption, site expenses, measurement books and project documentation.

- Read and interpret drawings, perform setting out and ensure timely project execution.

Ideal Candidate

- Solid knowledge of RCC, foundations, reinforcement, shuttering and concreting.

- Experience in substation, industrial or EPC projects preferred.

- Good understanding of surveying, construction quality and safety practices.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and project planning tools.

- Strong coordination and site management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
