Key Responsibilities

- Daily Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of construction work.
- Labor Monitoring: Manage and monitor labor deployment, productivity, attendance, and discipline.
- Work Coordination: Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors for material supply and task scheduling.
- Quality Checks: Assist in ensuring basic quality control at the ground level as per guidelines provided.
- Reporting: Maintain daily work logs and update senior site management on progress and labor status.
- In office Issue Handling: Address and resolve minor site-related issues in coordination with the project engineer.
- Safety Monitoring: Ensure labor follows safety protocols and basic PPE usage.

Requirements:

- Qualification:



ITI / Diploma in Civil or relevant field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in a similar supervisory role in civil construction.
- Skills:
- Good understanding of construction site procedures and labor management.
- Ability to read basic drawings and follow instructions from engineers.
- Team coordination and communication skills.
- Familiarity with construction safety practices.

Reporting To:

Site Engineer / Project Manager / Director depending on task flow.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,300.14 - ₹34,968.28 per month
