: SITE ENGINEER

Department: Execution / Projects | Location: Project Sites – Bengaluru & Karnataka (WFO)

Experience: 1–5 Years | CTC: ₹3.00 – ₹6.00 LPA

Reporting To: Project Manager / Senior Engineer

Job Summary

Supervise daily construction activities on site, ensure high-quality execution as per architectural/structural drawings, maintain safety standards, manage site labor and materials, and ensure timely completion of real estate projects within budget.

Key Responsibilities

· Site Execution & Supervision: Direct and supervise daily civil construction work as per approved structural/architectural drawings and specifications.

· Quality Control & Safety: Conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship; enforce strict site safety protocols and proper PPE usage.

· Planning & Material Management: Monitor daily work progress against schedules, track material consumption, prevent wastage, and coordinate site deliveries.

· Measurement & Billing: Take site measurements, prepare daily progress reports (DPRs), verification of contractor bills, and maintain site registers.

· Coordination & Handover: Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and labor teams to resolve technical site issues and assist in project handover.

95%+ completion against project timelines

· Quality & Safety: 100% adherence to quality standards and zero major safety incidents

· Cost & Material Control: Material wastage within allowable limits (<3%) and 100% accurate measurement records

Key Requirements

· Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

· Experience: 1–5 years in civil site execution and supervision (Real Estate / Residential Construction preferred).

· Technical Skills: Drawing reading, BOQ estimation, site measurement, AutoCAD working knowledge, MS Office, and structural quality control.

· Languages: Proficiency in English and Kannada (spoken) preferred for contractor/labor management.

Work Schedule & Benefits

- Work Hours: Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) | Weekly Off: Sunday (Site Requirement Based)
