Job Summary:

We are looking for dedicated and proactive Civil Site Engineers (ranging from Freshers to Senior Candidates with up to 5 years of experience) to join our team. The selected candidates will supervise day-to-day civil execution, quality control, and structural/finishing works across our project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Site Execution: Oversee daily on-site civil construction activities, ensuring work aligns with approved drawings, structural designs, and project timelines.

- Supervision &
- Labor Management:

Manage sub-contractors, site labor, and daily workforce to maintain productivity and site safety standards.

- Quality &

- Material Control:

Inspect incoming raw materials (concrete, steel, brickwork, etc.) and conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.

- Drawing Verification: Interpret structural, architectural, and layout drawings; resolve in office execution conflicts.

- Progress Tracking &

- Daily Reports:

Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), log site measurements, and report updates regularly to project management.

Requirements &





- Qualifications

- Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

- Experience Range: 0 to 5 Years (Freshers are welcome; experience-mapped candidates will be considered for mid/senior site roles).

- Technical Skills:

- Ability to read and interpret Civil structural and architectural drawings.

- Basic knowledge of site measurements, BOQ, and quality inspection.

- Soft Skills: Strong site supervision skills, team management, clear communication, and problem-solving abilities.
