Role Description This is a full-time, in office Site Civil Engineer role based in Ramagundam.

The Site Civil

Engineer will oversee daily construction activities, including supervising site work, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, and ensuring that civil works align with approved designs and specifications.

Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, supporting planning and scheduling, conducting site inspections, and resolving technical issues related to structural and civil engineering works. The role involves implementing safety and quality standards, managing resources and materials,



and preparing reports and documentation for project stakeholders.

The Site Civil

Engineer will collaborate closely with project managers, design teams, and client representatives to ensure timely and compliant project execution.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong core civil engineering knowledge, including Civil Engineering.
- Candidates should possess experience in site-based roles suited for Civil Engineers, with capability to supervise and manage construction activities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of site works.
- Relevant academic qualification such as a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in industrial construction projects (e.g., steel structures, petroleum, or petrochemical plants, power plant) is highly beneficial.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams on-site.
- Candidates having 5–10 years of relevant experience in Power Plant and/or Industrial Projects shall be preferred.
