We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site Engineer to oversee the day-to-day on-site execution of our interior projects. The ideal candidate must have extensive hands-on experience in high-quality interior fit-outs combined with basic operational knowledge of civil works. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between design drawings and on-site reality, ensuring high-quality workmanship, strict adherence to timelines, and optimal vendor coordination.Key Responsibilities

- Site Supervision: Oversee daily on-site operations for interior fit-out activities, ensuring execution aligns perfectly with design drawings.

- Civil Coordination: Manage basic civil modifications, structural leveling, plumbing layouts, electrical chasing, masonry, and tiling work required prior to interior installations.

- Vendor Management: Coordinate work schedules with multiple sub-contractors, including carpenters, electricians, false ceiling installers, painters, and fabricators.

- Measurements: Take precise in office measurements, verify site dimensions before ordering modular elements, and check incoming material quality against specifications.

- Quality Control: Maintain strict quality standards,



perform regular checks, identify defects, and resolve snag lists before project handover.

- Reporting: Share detailed daily progress reports (DPRs) with photos and track timelines to flag potential delays early.

- Billing Assistance: Verify vendor bills against actual work executed on the ground and assist in running bill measurements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.

- Experience: Proven experience working as a site engineer, specifically handling execution for interior and civil projects.

- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of interior materials, modular setups, finishes, and standard civil construction processes.

- Drawing Interpretation: Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural, architectural, electrical, plumbing, and layout drawings.

- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills to manage laborers, interface with designers, and handle clients confidently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
