Site Accountant – Civil Construction

We are looking for experienced Site Accountants to manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities at our civil construction project sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day site accounts and financial records.
- Handle cash, petty cash, site expenses, and payments.
- Verify and maintain bills, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Maintain vendor, subcontractor, and supplier accounts.
- Prepare payment statements and expense reports.
- Coordinate with the Head Office Accounts & Finance team.
- Maintain records of material purchases, labour payments, and site expenses.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and statutory documentation.
- Reconcile cash, bank, vendor, and ledger accounts.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Ensure proper documentation as per company procedures.

Requirements
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.




- 3–7 years of experience in site accounting, preferably in civil construction/infrastructure projects.
- Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, billing, vendor reconciliation, and site expenses.
- Experience with subcontractor and supplier accounts preferred.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates willing to work at project sites.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Fooding & Accommodation: Provided as per project/site policy.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
