Responsible for project billing, quantity verification, BOQ preparation, subcontractor billing, and cost tracking for interior/construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare client and subcontractor bills.
- Verify site measurements and quantities.
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and estimation sheets.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and accounts teams for billing approvals.
- Track variations, extra items, and project costs.
- Maintain billing records and payment follow-ups.
- Prepare billing and cost MIS reports.
- Regularly visit project sites, take accurate measurements, and verify quantities of executed work for billing.
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely and accurate measurement and billing
Requirements
- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in interior fit-out/construction projects preferred.
- Knowledge of BOQ, estimation, and rate analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
