Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled Civil Site Engineer to manage and supervise construction on ac vi es at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, labor coordination, material planning, quality control, measurements, and ensuring that work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilites:

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction actvities at project sites
- Execute work as per approved architectural, structural and MEP drawings
- Coordinate and manage site labour, contractors and subcontractors
- Check quality of materials and workmanship at site
- Take site measurements and prepare quantity requirements
- Prepare daily site progress reports and update project status
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, vendors and clients when required.
- Plan and monitor material requirements and site deliveries
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the scheduled timeline Identify and resolve site-related technical issues
- Ensure proper safety practices are followed at the project site




- Verify contractor bills and work measurements as required
- Maintain site records, photographs, drawings and other project documentation
- Conduct regular site inspec ons and report progress to management

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of civil construction and site execution
- Knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring and finishing works
- Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings
- Good knowledge of construction materials and methods
- Basic knowledge of quantity estimation and BOQ
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, WhatsApp & Email)
- Ability to manage labour and subcontractors effectively
- Ability to identify and resolve site issues independently
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred

Preferred Candidate Profile:
