We are looking for an experienced Bridge Site Engineer to join our team in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in highway and bridge construction, with hands-on experience supervising complex structural works in office.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day bridge construction activities, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely progress in line with approved drawings and specifications.

- Supervision of bridge construction works including RCC/PSC, piling, pier, pier cap, and girder works
- Checking reinforcement, shuttering, and concreting as per approved drawings
- Implementing quality control measures and coordinating site activities
- Conducting measurement, quantity checking, and progress monitoring
- Coordinating with contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
- Ensuring all works comply with approved drawings, specifications,



and IRC/MoRTH requirements

Educational Qualification:

- Education in Civil Engineering from a recognised institution

Experience:

- 1 to 8 years of relevant experience in bridge or highway construction
- Hands-on experience in Highway/Bridge Construction is strongly preferred

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural/civil engineering drawings
- Knowledge of RCC/PSC structures, piling, pier construction, and girder works
- Familiarity with IRC and MoRTH standards and specifications
- Experience in quality control, quantity measurement, and site coordination

Soft Skills:

- Strong coordination and communication skills for liaison with contractors, consultants, and clients
- Ability to manage site teams and ensure timely project delivery
