We are looking for an experienced Silk Screen Printing Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in screen printing and be able to produce high-quality prints efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and maintain silk screen printing machines and equipment.

- Prepare screens, inks, emulsions, and other printing materials.

- Set up screens and align designs accurately for printing.

- Print on garments, fabrics, and other materials according to specifications.

- Mix and match inks to achieve the required colors.

- Inspect finished products for print quality, alignment, color, and consistency.

- Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of printing equipment.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area.





- Meet daily production targets and deadlines.

- Follow workplace safety and quality-control procedures.

Requirements

- Previous experience in silk screen printing is preferred.

- Positive knowledge of screen preparation, printing, and color mixing.

- Ability to operate printing equipment independently.

- Good attention to detail and quality.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

- Reliable, hardworking, and responsible.

- Experience in garment or textile printing is an advantage.
