– Showroom Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused and target-oriented Showroom Sales Executive to handle customers at our experience centre. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, explaining products, generating sales and ensuring a positive showroom experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and attend to customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing and offers.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective customers.
- Convert enquiries and walk-in customers into sales.
- Maintain regular follow-up with leads through phone and WhatsApp.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the operations/installation team when required.
- Maintain proper product displays and showroom presentation.
- Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support.
- Build good relationships with existing and prospective customers.





Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: 10 th pass /12th Pass .
- Previous experience in showroom, retail, interior, building-material or related sales will be an advantage.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and making customer calls.
- Should be presentable, polite and customer-oriented.
- Ability to work with sales targets.
- Knowledge of Hindi and Bengali; basic English communication preferred.
