Beond is looking for an experienced Showroom Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our showroom and ensure an excellent experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily showroom operations
- Lead and support the sales team
- Handle customer enquiries, consultations, and follow-ups
- Drive sales and achieve monthly targets
- Build strong relationships with customers, architects, and interior designers
- Manage leads, quotations, and sales conversions
- Coordinate with design, production, and other internal teams
- Maintain showroom presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Ensure a smooth customer journey from enquiry to order
- Track and report showroom performance and sales activities

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in showroom,



retail, furniture, interior, or related industries
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven sales and team-management skills
- Good negotiation and customer-handling abilities
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and projects
- Knowledge of furniture and interior design will be an added advantage
