Job Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.

- Explain product details, designs, pricing, making charges, and other relevant information.

- Handle sales enquiries and convert walk-in customers into sales.

- Maintain proper display of jewellery products at the counter.

- Assist customers with product selection based on their budget and preferences.

- Prepare quotations, invoices, and other sales-related documents.

- Handle customer follow-ups and maintain good customer relationships.

- Coordinate with the purchase, billing, and branch teams when required.

- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer information.

- Ensure proper handling and security of jewellery while dealing with customers.





- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in jewellery sales / retail sales.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Presentable, confident, and professional personality.

- Basic knowledge of jewellery products, gold, diamonds, and making charges will be an advantage.

- Valuable numerical and calculation skills.

- Ability to work under sales targets.

- Honest, responsible, and customer-focused.

- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
