We are looking for an experienced Shopify Product Listing Manager with 4–5 years of hands-on experience managing large product catalogs on international Shopify eCommerce websites.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with large brands, high SKU volumes, and complex product catalogs, especially in fashion, apparel, lifestyle, beauty, or other high-SKU eCommerce businesses.

This is a hands-on role. We are looking for someone who has personally managed large-scale Shopify product listings, not someone whose experience is limited to a small catalog.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain large-scale product catalogs on Shopify.
- Create, update, and optimize Shopify product listings at scale.
- Manage hundreds or thousands of products and SKUs, including complex variants.
- Handle product information such as:
- Product titles
- Descriptions
- Product types
- Collections
- Tags
- Attributes
- Pricing
- Images
- Inventory
- Variant information
- SKU details
- Manage products with multiple sizes, colors, styles, and variants.
- Perform bulk product uploads, updates, edits, and catalog changes.
- Maintain accurate product data across a large Shopify catalog.
- Identify and correct listing errors, duplicate products, missing information, and incorrect variants.
- Organize products into appropriate collections, categories, and navigation structures.
- Work with CSV/bulk import-export processes and Shopify catalog management tools.
- Coordinate with SEO, content, merchandising, design, and operations teams for product information and updates.




- Ensure product pages are properly structured for international eCommerce markets.
- Regularly audit the Shopify catalog for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Support new product launches and large-scale catalog updates.

What We Are Looking For
- 4–5 years of practical experience in Shopify product listing/catalog management.
- Strong experience working with international Shopify eCommerce websites.
- Proven experience managing large product catalogs and high SKU volumes.
- Experience with hundreds/thousands of products and complex product variants.
- Fashion/apparel/lifestyle eCommerce experience will be highly relevant.
- Strong understanding of Shopify's product, variant, collection, inventory, and catalog structure.
- Experience with bulk product uploads and catalog updates.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for handling large product datasets.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to independently manage large-scale catalog operations.
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced, Work From Office environment in Mohali.

Important — Large Catalog Experience

This role is NOT suitable for candidates who have only managed a small Shopify store or 20–50 products.





We specifically want candidates who can demonstrate experience managing large-scale international Shopify catalogs with significant SKU volumes.

During the screening process, candidates should be able to clearly explain:

- What was the largest Shopify catalog you personally managed?
- Approximately how many products/SKUs were you responsible for?
- How many variants did the catalog typically contain?
- Which international Shopify brands/websites have you worked on?
- What exactly were you responsible for managing?
- Did you personally perform bulk uploads/updates? If yes, approximately how many products/SKUs at a time?

Preferred Background

Candidates from large international eCommerce, fashion, apparel, footwear, beauty, lifestyle, or marketplace businesses would be particularly relevant because these businesses often involve complex catalogs with significant numbers of SKUs and variants.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
