We are looking for an experienced Shift Manager to join our restaurant team.

What we are looking for:
- Experience in restaurant or QSR operations
- Good experience in shift handling and team management
- Hands-on experience with bar / liquor operations
- Knowledge of liquor inventory, stock control and daily reconciliation
- Good understanding of restaurant SOPs, hygiene and service standards
- Robust guest handling and communication skills
- Ability to manage the floor independently during shifts
Candidates with experience in restaurants, pizzerias, cafés, bars or premium QSRs are preferred.
