We are looking for an experienced and responsible Shift Incharge to manage day-to-day warehouse operations during the assigned shift. The candidate will be responsible for manpower handling, inventory movement, dispatch/receiving activities, and ensuring smooth and timely operations.

Qualification: 12th Pass Experience: Minimum 1 year in warehouse/logistics operations Job Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day warehouse activities during the assigned shift. Supervise and coordinate with warehouse staff and helpers. Manage manpower allocation and attendance.

Ensure proper loading, unloading, picking, packing and dispatch. Maintain stock and inventory records. Ensure timely completion of shift targets. Coordinate with supervisors and transporters. Maintain safety, housekeeping and discipline at the workplace.

Prepare basic daily shift reports and ensure proper shift handover.

Required Skills: Valuable communication and manpower handling skills. Basic knowledge of warehouse operations. Basic computer/MS Excel knowledge preferred. Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
