Shift-in-charge – Medical Glove Manufacturing Unit A leading glove manufacturing unit is urgently seeking a highly experienced and proactive Shift in charge for their Head Office at Ernakulam.

Educational Qualification

- B-Tech / Diploma in Polymer Technology / Chemical Engineering / Graduate in science

Experience : 5 - 10 years of experience in a glove manufacturing Company. Experience in the glove industry is a strong advantage (A+).

Duties

- Monitor production activities to ensure smooth and productive operations.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance of machines.
- Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and coordinate repairs.
- Carry out basic fabrication and mechanical works as required.
- Maintain all production-related documentation, machine logs, maintenance records, shift reports, and checklists.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams.




- Be willing to perform all production-related duties as assigned.
- Producing the product of the specified quality, by optimizing the processes, machinery and men.
- Recording all the activities undertaken in his work area, in his shift.
- House keeping and other related activities in the department
- Stock control and flow of materials.
- Plotting of Statistical Process Control (SPC charts), process average, temperature and dust concentration etc.
- Preparation of shift reports

Key Skills Required

- Good troubleshooting, maintenance, and documentation skills.
- Willing to work in shifts and take responsibility for production operations.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
