:

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Store Executive to manage day-to-day retail store operations.

Responsibilities:

- Handle daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.

- Attend customers and provide proper product information.

- Handle billing and POS operations.

- Maintain stock, product arrangement, and store displays.

- Check stock availability, expiry dates, damages, and wastage.

- Follow FIFO/FEFO practices for stock management.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene inside the store.

- Handle cash, UPI, and card transactions accurately.

- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

- Maintain daily sales and stock records.

- Coordinate with the warehouse and management for stock requirements.

- Ensure proper pricing, labelling, and product display.





- Report stock shortages, damages, expiry, and other store issues to the reporting manager.

- Follow company SOPs, attendance, grooming, and store discipline.

Requirements:

- 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree.

- Experience in FMCG, supermarket, grocery, or retail stores is preferred.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Basic computer and POS knowledge.

- Willingness to work in shifts.

- Responsible, active, and hardworking.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
