- Design, develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce applications and solutions.

- Understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.

- Develop and customize Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.

- Manage Salesforce integrations with internal and third-party applications using APIs and integration tools.

- Perform application troubleshooting, debugging, testing and production support.

- Work with business and IT stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation, improvement and Salesforce initiative

- Participate in requirement gathering, analyze and document business requirements (BRD/FSD) solution design and post-production support.

- Lead UAT by creating test cases,



coordinating testing, and managing defects.

- Support project execution including sprint planning, tracking, and issue resolution.

- Ensure Salesforce solutions follow security, data governance, and development best practices.

- Define reporting needs, dashboards, and ensure data accuracy and quality

- Manage data migration, data quality, and Salesforce configuration as required.

- Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge-sharing within the team.

- Manage stakeholder communication and align business expectations
