Job Summary

We are looking for a ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) Developer with strong experience in ServiceNow Platform Development and Security Operations .

The candidate should have 5+ years of ServiceNow experience and 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow SecOps , particularly Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability

Response Management (VRM) .

The role involves configuring, customizing, implementing and supporting ServiceNow SecOps solutions, developing workflows and integrations, and working with enterprise cybersecurity teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and customize ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) modules.
- Develop and support Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response Management (VRM) solutions.
- Develop ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, GlideRecord, Business Rules, Client Scripts and Script Includes .
- Design workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub .
- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations .
- Work with OAuth 2.0, JSON and XML integrations.
- Configure and troubleshoot MID Server, Import Sets and Transform Maps .
- Implement and support CrowdStrike integrations .
- Integrate ServiceNow with SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR and Vulnerability Management tools .
- Work with CMDB/CSDM, RBAC and ACLs .
- Support cybersecurity incident and vulnerability management processes.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support.




- Prepare technical documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.|

Important Note This is a ServiceNow SecOps Developer requirement. looking for only candidates with robust ServiceNow background and relevant SecOps/SIR/VRM experience.

Do not need pure SOC Analyst profiles without ServiceNow SecOps development experience.
