We are currently hiring for a ServiceNow ITOM Architect prospect with a leading organization. This is a senior architecture role focused on driving enterprise-scale ITOM strategy, transformation, governance, and solution architecture across complex global technology environments.

The role involves architecting and leading solutions across:

• ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management and Cloud Discovery

- AIOps, Observability, Operational Intelligence and Health Log Analytics

• Hybrid and multi-cloud environments across AWS, Azure and GCP

• Integrations with platforms such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, SolarWinds, Azure Monitor and AWS CloudWatch

- CSDM, CMDB governance, data quality and service modeling

• ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, MID Servers and Service Graph Connectors

- Enterprise architecture governance, platform modernization, performance and scalability
- Agile, DevOps,



CI/CD and enterprise ITOM transformation initiatives

Key Experience:

- 12+ years of overall IT experience
- 8+ years of ServiceNow experience
- 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow ITOM implementation experience
- Strong experience in enterprise Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management and Observability
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and enterprise architecture teams

Mandatory Certifications:

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow CIS – Discovery
- CIS – Service Mapping is an added advantage
