Job Title: ServiceNow Senior Developer (Strategic Portfolio Management SPM)
Qualifications & Skills
Experience & Certifications
- 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementations.
- Robust hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM / PPM modules.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Required.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Required.
- Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM/PPM (preferred).
- ITIL v3/v4, SAFe, or Agile certifications are a plus.
Technical Expertise
- Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and configuration:
- Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts
- UI Policies, Workflows, Flow Designer
- Performance Analytics and Reporting
- Integrations and data transformations
- Experience supporting Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models in ServiceNow
