- Minimum 8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience implementing and supporting IT Asset Management solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro)
- Software Asset Management (SAM Pro)

- Service Catalog

- Flow Designer

- Integration Hub

- REST API integrations
- Extensive experience building Catalog Items, Record Producers, and automated fulfillment workflows.
- Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills.

- Transform Maps

- Workflow Automation
- Good understanding of ITSM processes and service delivery concepts.
- Working knowledge of CMDB and CSDM concepts.

Certification Requirements

Required

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Software Asset Management (SAM)
