About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, customization, integrations, and implementation. Candidates with expertise in one or more ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, GRC, SecOps, SAM, or HAM are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs, Notifications, Workflows/Flows, and Scheduled Jobs.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules based on business requirements.
- Work on Service Catalog, Record Producers, Forms, Lists, Workflows and Flow Designer.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and web services.
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, performance tuning, and production support.
- Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and maintain code quality.

Preferred Module Experience Candidates should have strong hands-on experience in one or more of the following:

- ITSM Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog




- ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration
- CMDB CI management, CMDB health, relationships, identification and reconciliation
- ITAM Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management
- SAM/HAM Software Asset Management / Hardware Asset Management
- HRSD – HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, HR workflows
- GRC – Governance, Risk & Compliance, Policy & Compliance, Risk Management
- SecOps – Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Security Operations

Mandatory Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
- Valuable knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions and ACLs.
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer / Workflow.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and APIs.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow data model, tables, forms, lists and update sets.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow upgrade, deployment, testing, and troubleshooting processes.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.

Good to Have
- ServiceNow CSA / CIS certification.
- Experience with IntegrationHub, MID Server, Service Portal / Employee Center.
- Experience with ServiceNow implementation or migration projects.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Knowledge of ATF (Automated Test Framework).
- Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules.
