Role Summary: We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer / Lead with strong hands-on expertise in both HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro) modules. This role will drive enterprise-wide implementations, focusing on employee experience transformation and software asset optimization & compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture & Solution Design

- Define and lead end-to-end ServiceNow architecture across HRSD and SAM Pro
- Ensure scalable, secure,



and high-performance solutions aligned with enterprise standards

HRSD (HR Service Delivery)

- Implement and optimize:

- HR case management
- Employee lifecycle events (onboarding, offboarding, transitions)

- HR knowledge management
- Drive employee experience improvements through automation and self-service

Integration & Automation

- Integrate with HR systems, procurement tools, CMDB, and Discovery
- Identify and implement AI/automation opportunities across HR and SAM workflows

Governance & Stakeholder Management

- Define governance models, policies, and best practices
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Procurement, and Finance stakeholders
- Lead design reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor teams

Required Skills & Experience:

1. 7-12+ years of IT experience with strong ServiceNow background
2. Hands-on experience in:
3. HRSD module implementation
4. SAM Pro (Software Asset Management Professional)
5. Solid understanding of:
6. Software licensing models (Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, etc.)
7. HR processes and workflows
8. Experience with CMDB, Discovery, integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)

Preferred Qualifications:
