Roles & Responsibilities:

- Define scalable ServiceNow solution architectures aligned with enterprise IT service management objectives.
- Translate business and process requirements into practical platform designs while maximizing out-of-box capabilities.
- Establish architectural standards, design guardrails, and governance practices for ServiceNow implementations.
- Review proposed solutions, data models, integrations, and customizations for maintainability and long-term supportability.
- Advise executives, process owners, and delivery teams on ServiceNow strategy, platform capabilities, and implementation trade-offs.

Skills Required:

- 12 - 18 years of relevant experience, including substantial ServiceNow architecture and IT service management experience.




- Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and enterprise implementations.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management principles, processes, and service-oriented data models.
- Ability to design scalable, supportable solutions aligned with standard ServiceNow capabilities.
- Experience providing architectural direction, reviewing technical designs, and guiding ServiceNow development teams.
