Role Overview

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Administrators/Developers with robust expertise in ServiceNow configuration, customization, administration, workflows, integrations, and troubleshooting.

Key Skills

- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow

- Strong JavaScript experience

- ServiceNow configuration & customization

- Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions &
- Workflows

- ServiceNow modules &

- ITSM processes

- REST/SOAP API integrations

- HTML, CSS, AngularJS, Bootstrap

- User, Role &

- Access Management

- Incident, Problem &

- Change Management

- Data Import/Export, Reports &

- Dashboards

- Platform maintenance, upgrades & performance monitoring

- ITIL knowledge/certification preferred

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
