Role: Servicenow Business Analyst
- Hiring ServiceNow Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience for Bangalore/Mumbai/Chennai locations.
- Solid expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and SLM.
- Handle tickets, defects, enhancements, service requests, BAU support, and production issues.
- Gather and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and support Agile processes.
- Manage SLA/OLA configurations, workflows, breach tracking, compliance reporting, and ITSM performance analysis.
- Develop Power BI dashboards using DAX, data modeling, SQL, and ITSM operational KPIs.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Fabric/data architecture with experience supporting UAT, integrations, releases, and production validation.
