Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect with 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, architecture, and solution design, with strong expertise in ITSM/ TSOM.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
- Define ServiceNow architecture, technical design, and integration approach.
- Lead implementation and enhancement of ITSM/TSOM modules.
- Work closely with business teams, functional consultants, and technical teams.
- Design integrations between ServiceNow and external applications/systems.
- Review existing ServiceNow implementations and recommend improvements.
- Ensure best practices, performance, security, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions.




- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to ServiceNow developers.
- Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM/ServiceNow TSOM (Telecom Service Operations Management).
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and platform capabilities.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations, APIs, REST/SOAP, and web services.
- Experience with ServiceNow configuration, customization, workflows, and automation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and architecture decisions.
