Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Administrator with 8+ years of hands-on experience in administering, configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, SPM, and ITAM, along with hands-on experience in Service Catalog, Catalog Item creation/editing, Flow Designer, and Workflow.

Experience with additional ServiceNow modules and custom applications will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and configure the ServiceNow platform based on business and technical requirements.
- Provide strong hands-on support for ITSM, SPM, and ITAM modules.
- Create, configure, modify, and maintain Service Catalog Items.
- Troubleshoot and resolve break-fix issues across the ServiceNow platform.
- Configure and troubleshoot Flow Designer and ServiceNow Workflows.
- Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and implement appropriate fixes.
- Manage platform configurations, forms, fields, business rules, notifications, and related administrative components.
- Support ongoing enhancements, releases, and production issues.
- Work with technical and functional teams to understand requirements and implement ServiceNow solutions.
- Maintain platform stability, performance, security, and data quality.
- Support integrations and custom applications where required.

Mandatory Skills





- 8+ years of ServiceNow Administration experience
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM
- Robust hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM
- SAM – Software Asset Management
- HAM – Hardware Asset Management
- ALM – Asset Lifecycle Management
- Strong experience with Service Catalog
- Hands-on experience in Catalog Item creation and editing
- Experience troubleshooting break-fix issues
- Solid experience with Flow Designer and Workflow

Good to Have Experience with the following ServiceNow modules will be highly desirable:

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be a strong hands-on ServiceNow Administrator who can independently manage platform administration, ITSM configuration, Service Catalog, workflows, troubleshooting, and production support. Experience working across multiple ServiceNow modules and custom applications will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹190,000.00 per month
